In the early stages, we focus on passive rehabilitation to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. By addressing discomfort first, we create a foundation for further recovery.

Modalities Used:

• LASER therapy to decrease inflammation and promote healing.
• Electrotherapy for pain relief and muscle stimulation.
• Massage and manual therapies like joint mobilisation and stretching to enhance comfort and mobility.

Once inflammation is under control, active rehabilitation begins. Carefully designed exercises help rebuild your pet’s balance and posture while strengthening muscles to support joints and improve mobility.

• Physiotherapy to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Hydrotherapy provides low-impact resistance training, reducing stress on joints while promoting muscle development and pain relief.

Once your pet's muscles and joints are ready for more dynamic movement, we start to introduce more challenging exercises, including:

• Obstacle navigation, which develops coordination.
• Balance-focused exercises, designed to enhance stability and dynamic mobility.

This stage emphasises improving coordination and mobility. By engaging the brain and nervous system in these exercises, we help refine your pet's ability to perform precise movements.
